A social hierarchy perspective on the relationship between leader–member exchange (LMX) and interpersonal citizenship

Abstract Drawing upon contemporary social hierarchy research, the purpose of this study is to integrate a novel theoretical perspective examine taken-for-granted conclusions relationship between leader-member exchange (LMX) and interpersonal citizenship.
